Return of a purchase

Coull Cotton Co respects consumer rights and you have the right to return unsatisfactory merchandise. We want to make your purchase as pleasant as possible. If you have purchased merchandise and have problems with the merchandise and would like to return it, we are happy to help.

You can return the merchandise to Coull Cotton Co within 7 days for a refund if:

You did not have the opportunity to inspect the merchandise upon delivery.

You received a mixture of goods, meaning you received some goods that we agreed to deliver mixed with goods of a different description that you did not order.

The goods you have purchased are not fit for the purpose for which they were marketed and described on our website at the time of purchase.

Coull Cotton Co will refund you for the goods if the goods are returned in their original unopened packaging.

Coull Cotton Co will not be held liable for any delivery charges that may occur when returning a product back to the store/ warehouse. This cost will be liable for the customer’s account.

All purchases made via credit card will be refunded less 5% to account for card processing fees.

Please note: Pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable and cannot be returned if the original seal has been opened.

Defective goods

If the goods purchased are defective, not of good quality, cannot be used and will not last for a reasonable period and/or are not in good condition or do not meet the applicable standards of the Standards Act, 1993 (Act No. 29 or 1993), or other public regulations, you may return the goods to Coull Cotton Co within six months.

In the above case, Coull Cotton Co has the right to repair or replace the defective product or refund you for the goods, less any costs stipulated above.

Comfort Exchanges:

All comfort exchanged must have a mattress protector used and purchased from Coull Cotton Co. In the event of a comfort exchange, a handling fee of R1500 will need to be paid to process the comfort exchange. The mattress will need to be in a hygienic condition with no marks and stains on the mattress. A comfort exchange is only permitted one time per customer. A comfort exchange will only be permitted for a product that is of equal or greater value than the original product purchased. If you choose a product of greater value, you will be liable to pay the difference and the handling fee. A comfort exchange will only be considered up to 30 days from the invoice date, any period after that you will not qualify for a comfort exchange.
